Sale of the most expensive flats of 2 million euros in InTempo Benidorm

ALICANTE - The sale of the flats in the InTempo skyscraper in Benidorm is going well, according to the promoter. In fact, the two most expensive flats of two million euros each have been sold. Furthermore, half of the 256 flats have been sold, 60 per cent to foreigners and 40 per cent to Spaniards. It is expected that the keys will be handed over in September.

Planning and initial construction began in 2006, but due to the 2008 crisis, bankruptcies, multiple problems and delays, it will be 15 years later in September 2021 that the nearly 200-metre-high InTempo apartment complex in Benidorm opens.

The two most expensive flats of two million euros each are located in the 'diamond' in the high central point between the two towers. These two flats were bought by Spaniards, while the owners of the flats between the 2nd and 37th floors are 60 per cent Spaniards and 40 per cent foreigners.

InTempo is the second tallest skyscraper that people live in in Europe and, with 198 metres (or 204.5 feet) and 47 (or 49) floors, the tallest in Spain. The building itself is very distinctive because of its two gold-coloured towers and diamond at the top.

Flats are between 75 and 95 m2 in size and have two bedrooms. On the first floor there are flats between 70 and 80 m2 with one bedroom. Between the 2nd and 37th floors there are flats between 74 and 95 sqm with two bedrooms while from floor 38 onwards the flats have three or four bedrooms and are 120 to 230 sqm.

From the 22nd floor, the prices of the flats are higher while on floors 46 and 47 there will be communal areas with a gym, jacuzzi, swimming pool and chill out zones.
